For data center builders and operators

Send your deployment BOM. We source what’s missing.

Fit-out packages, operations spares, and long-lead power and cooling. One quote, with a lead time on every line.

Where should we send the quote?
Try:
Three lanes

What we source for data centers.

Send one list across all three. We quote what we can supply from stock, chase what is long-lead, and flag gaps we spot in the bill of materials.

01

Fit-out and expansion packages

Everything around the servers when you add racks or a hall: rack PDUs, cabinets and containment, structured cabling and fiber, optical transceivers and DAC/AOC cables, IEC cords, cable management, and liquid-cooling connections (manifolds, hoses, quick-disconnects). Delivered by phase to the site.

02

Operations and spares

What a running facility buys every month: MERV filters, UPS replacement batteries, breakers, fans and power supplies, server memory and drives by exact part number, arc-flash PPE, ESD and clean-room supplies. Recurring orders shipped on your schedule.

03

Long-lead power and cooling

Switchboards, panelboards, dry-type transformers, transfer switches, and busway, with a lead time on every line. Medium-voltage switchgear, large transformers, generator sets, and CDUs are quoted on request through specialty and factory-authorized channels. Power equipment →

Who buys

Built for the person who specs it and the person who buys it.

Electrical and mechanical contractors, colocation and facility operations teams, developers, GPU cloud operators, and system integrators. On most projects, two people decide.

The engineer who approves the spec

We quote the exact manufacturer part number you specified. Alternates come only when the approved part cannot land in time, with data sheets for your review. Nothing is substituted without written approval.

The buyer who places the order

One quote across every category, a lead time on every line, one PO, and one invoice. Deliveries sequenced to the build schedule, labeled by project and phase, to any site.

How we work

From bill of materials to delivered, with lead times in view.

01

Send the BOM or line list.

A spreadsheet, a PDF, a partial markup, or an export from your project tool. Manufacturer part numbers are matched exactly.

02

We check for what’s missing.

Gaps we spot are flagged before we quote: optics short of the port count, cords that don’t match the PDU outlets, rails missing for the cabinets.

03

One quote, lead time on every line.

Stocked lines priced fast. Long-lead equipment confirmed with the manufacturer or partner. Alternates marked for engineering review, never swapped silently.

04

Delivered to the schedule. One invoice.

Shipments sequenced to the build calendar and labeled by project and phase. Data sheets, certifications, and safety data sheets bundled for your records.

Typical requests

What data center teams send us.

“We bought 16 GPU servers. We need everything around them.”

Cabinets and containment, rack PDUs, optics and DAC/AOC cables, IEC cords, cable management, and cooling connections, delivered to the hosting facility before the servers land.

“Our approved part is delayed.”

We look for stock of the approved breaker, pump, or battery module first. If it can’t land in time, we propose alternates with data sheets for your engineer to approve.

“We’re adding racks.”

An expansion package across power distribution, cabinets, cabling, and cooling connections, on one PO, phased to the install plan.

“Restock the facility every month.”

Filters, UPS batteries, PPE, ESD and clean-room supplies, and spares on a recurring order, with audit dates and change-out schedules built in.

Where we stop

We source and deliver. We don’t engineer.

We don’t design data centers, sell GPU servers or complete storage arrays, or commission systems. Design, engineering, and commissioning stay with your engineer of record and the manufacturers’ authorized partners. We get them what they specify, on schedule.

FAQ

Common questions from data center builders and operators.

Do you sell GPU servers or complete clusters?

No. GPU and compute servers are sold through the manufacturers’ authorized partners, which is where warranty and support come from. We supply what goes around them: optical transceivers, DAC and AOC cables, rack PDUs, cabinets and containment, IEC cords, cable management, cooling connections, and memory and drive spares by exact part number.

Can you find stock or an alternate when an approved component is delayed?

Yes. We look for available stock of the approved part first. If it cannot land in time, we propose alternates with data sheets for your engineer to review. Nothing is substituted without written approval, and every line on the quote carries a lead time.

Do you design, engineer, or commission data center systems?

No. Design, engineering, and commissioning stay with your engineer of record and the manufacturers’ authorized partners. We source and deliver what they specify, flag gaps we spot in the bill of materials, and keep lead times visible on every line.

How fast is a quote?

Stocked lines are usually priced in minutes. Long-lead power and cooling equipment is quoted as manufacturers and partners confirm availability. Either way, every line comes back with a lead time.

Do you carry MERV 14, 15, 16 filter banks?

Yes. Camfil, AAF, Koch, Filtration Group, Air Filter Engineering. Standard sizes plus custom-built bank panels on 1-3 week lead times depending on dimensions.
